ABOUT ME
Hi! My name is Emily Ling Mei (She/Her) and I'm an Asian American actor, dancer, and multi-instrumentalist based in Chicago! Originally from Western Massachusetts, I grew up in a musical family with lots of pets (dogs, guinea pigs, ferrets, etc.).
I have a BFA in Musical Theatre with a Concentration in Dance from the Chicago College of Performing Arts (CCPA) at Roosevelt University. In addition to performing, I also work as a music director/accompanist and choreographer around the city, as well as teach at various music schools in and around Chicago including the Old Town School of Folk Music, Actors Training Center, and Music Makers of Western Springs.
